How does Pointify work?
Sign up with your email, show your personal QR code at the checkout of any Pointify partner business, and earn points automatically. When you have enough points, redeem them for a percentage discount, a fixed amount off, or a free item at the same business.
Is the app free to use?
Yes — Pointify is completely free for shoppers. Sign up, earn points, and redeem rewards without any subscription, hidden fees, or in-app purchases.
Where can I use Pointify?
Pointify works at participating businesses across 34 countries — including Poland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, the United States, and more. The list of partner businesses grows as we onboard new ones.
Is my data private and safe?
Yes — Pointify is GDPR-compliant by design. We only collect what is needed to run the loyalty programme: your email, points balance, and transaction history. We do not profile, do not sell data to advertisers, and do not use third-party trackers. Data stays in the EU.
What happens if I change phones?
Just sign in with the same email on your new phone — points balance, history, and active rewards transfer instantly. Your QR code regenerates on the new device. No support ticket needed.

How do I add my business to Pointify?
Send us a message through the contact form or sign up via the app. After approval (usually within 24 hours), you can set up your reward offers, scan customer QR codes, and track activity in your dashboard.
How much does it cost for businesses?
Your first month on Pointify is completely free — no setup fees, no contracts, no commitment. Pricing details for ongoing use are shared during sign-up.
Do I need any extra hardware?
No — Pointify runs on the smartphone or tablet you already have. No card readers, no POS integration, no extra subscriptions. Your team scans customer QR codes directly from the Pointify business app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — Pointify is month-to-month, with no contract or minimum term. After the first free month, you can cancel from your dashboard at any time and the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Is Pointify a replacement for a paper stamp card?
Yes — Pointify is a fully digital alternative to paper stamp cards and punch cards. Instead of carrying a physical card, customers earn points by showing a QR code in the app at checkout. The business scans the code and points are credited instantly. No printing, no loss, no forgery.
